Airport pickup is not automatically included and must be confirmed separately with staff. The default supported airport is Chubu Centrair International Airport, with a reference fee of JPY 10,000, subject to availability.

Shared with you once pickup is confirmed

Delayed-flight procedure

Notify staff immediately; contact details provided before arrival

Cancellation conditions

Notify staff as early as possible; fee may apply

Emergency procedure

If your flight is cancelled or significantly delayed, contact KIZUNA HOUSE staff immediately using the emergency contact provided. Do not rely on pickup until staff have confirmed it.
