Cancellation before contract
Submitting an inquiry or application does not create a binding reservation. You may withdraw before signing the contract without penalty, subject to any non-refundable fees already paid.
Non-refundable fees
Applicable non-refundable fees are shown before application. Once paid, these amounts are not returned.
Early termination
If you leave before the contract end date, refund and cancellation calculations follow the admin-configured contract rules in your signed contract. Contact staff for the specific terms that apply to your room.
Refund processing
Refundable amounts, if any, are processed according to the conditions in your contract. Final refund eligibility depends on the property, room type and timing of cancellation.
