Complete Payment
Pay the required initial amount as per the offer.

Submit Arrival Details
Provide flight and arrival information.

Airport Pickup (if reserved)
Optional pickup from Chubu Centrair Airport.

Check In
Arrive at the residence and complete check-in.

Submit Residence Card Copy
Submit your residence card within the required period after arrival.

Complete Resident Orientation
Receive guidance on daily life, garbage and emergency contacts.
Required or Possible Documents
A. Applicants arriving from Nepal or another country
- Apply before arriving in Japan where possible.
- Six-month advance dormitory payment may be required for students arriving from Nepal.
- Provide expected flight details to arrange airport pickup.
- Submit residence card copy after arrival.
B. Applicants already living in Japan
- Rules may differ for applicants already residing in Japan.
- Provide residence card details during application.
- Coordinate move-in date and current lease notice.
- Confirm utility and contract conditions with staff.
